"All-Ground Yi Crane" Xu Gong's 500-Ton All-Ground Crane was born

In October this year, the 500-ton all-terrain crane independently developed by Xugong Group Heavy Machinery Company completed the assembly. This is the Z large-tonnage all-terrain crane independently developed in my country. The product will be unveiled to users nationwide at the BMW Construction Machinery Expo in Shanghai next month, after it has been signed by a Shandong user.

Before 2000, China's truck cranes of more than 100 tons were all imported, and the market was monopolized by construction machinery giants such as Europe, America and Japan, especially all-terrain cranes, which were monopolized by multinational companies such as Germany because of their high-tech content and high price. In 2001, Xugong formulated the product development route of "three highs and one big", that is, high-end, high-tech, high added value and large tonnage. In that year, Xugong K series truck cranes began to develop all-terrain cranes on the basis of the initial establishment of technological ling advantages in China. In March of the same year, Xugong QAY25 all-terrain crane project was launched and entered the research and development stage together with the sub-topic "125-ton all-terrain crane" of the national 863 project "intelligent construction machinery.
At the beginning of 2002, China's yi all-road crane -- QAY25 all-ground crane was successfully trial-produced in XCMG heavy-duty, causing a sensation in the industry. Subsequently, the product was named "one of the top ten highlights of China's construction machinery in 2002", and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China's Ministry of machinery industry in 2004 and the title of "national key new product. In 2004, Xugong QAY50 tons all-road crane participated in the construction machinery exposition in Monnie Black, Germany, causing widespread concern in the international construction machinery industry.
By 2007, after a lapse of 6 years, Xugong, following the successful birth of QAY25, has persistently followed the route of technological innovation and successively introduced 6 new all-ground products: QAY50, QAY130, QAY160, QAY200, QAY240, QAY300 all-ground cranes, which have truly formed China's all-ground crane industry, not only replacing imported products, meeting domestic demand, but also forming batch exports. In 2007, the scale of Xugong crane industry reached 10 billion yuan, completely breaking the pattern of German monopoly of all-road cranes. At the end of 2007, XCMG all ground crane core technology research and industrialization has won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in China's machinery industry. XCMG crane global market share of more than 30%, XCMG heavy machinery company has become the world's largest crane manufacturer.
The birth of QAY500 tons of all-ground has added a heavyweight member to the XCMG all-ground crane family. It is currently the largest tonnage truck crane independently developed in my country. It integrates a number of international advanced technologies and adopts 29 patented technologies of Xugong. The breakthrough of these core key technologies has realized the first step of Xugong crane to super-large tonnage. At the same time, its safety performance, automatic lubrication system and other details to improve the quality of the product has become the domestic large tonnage crane. Its offline, breaking the monopoly of foreign giants in high-end crane products and technology, making the pace of localization of large tonnage truck cranes further accelerated. QAY500 all-road crane has been set for life before it is officially published, which fully shows the user's trust in the quality of Xugong and highlights the status of Xugong brand in the hearts of users.
