The ultra-light armored field optical double wire is a new type of ultra-light, high mechanical strength and excellent light guide rate field optical cable independently developed by Guangjia Optoelectronics Company. Products using a number of advanced technology and new materials, specifically for the field and emergency conditions of rapid wiring set up optical network needs and design, suitable for individual operation, repeated use of optical cable. The double-wire assembly consists of ultra-light armored field optical cable, light and durable aluminum alloy wire reel, high-precision field connector and conversion line. It can also be equipped with air box and professional repair tools as required. The most significant feature of this component is that the optical cable has small outer diameter, small size, light weight, high mechanical strength, good bending resistance, and stable transmission. It is an ideal tool for military communications.
Product characteristics
Small volume: the outer diameter is only 2.6~2.8mm, and the 500-meter component only needs a Φ30cm wire reel, which is much larger than the traditional double wire;
Light weight: the net weight of the optical cable is less than 8.5 KG/km, and the standard 1000-meter component belt reel is not more than 14KG, which is more than half lighter than the traditional double-wire;
High strength: the optical cable adopts micro soft steel pipe armor, a large number of high modulus aramid, can withstand the tensile strength of more than 1000N, 5000N/10CM above the compressive strength;
Small attenuation: The optical cable adopts advanced technology and special bending-resistant single-mode optical fiber, and is equipped with high-precision field connector, which can connect links up to 20KM at a time with an attenuation value of less than 20dB.
Large amount of service: Compared with the traditional double-wire, the data service carried by optical fiber is more than 100 times larger, and high-definition video can be directly transmitted.
